AB 1760: Parking: emergency vehicles.

Existing law, the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, defines and regulates common interest developments. Existing law includes provisions that limit the authority of the managing association of a common interest development, or the governing documents, as defined, to regulate the use of a members separate interest.

This bill would make a prohibition or restriction in the governing documents relating to parking, including, but not limited to, onstreet parking, void and unenforceable with respect to an emergency vehicle owned or under the control of a member.
