AB 2946: Harbors and navigation: transportation of goods.

Existing law regulates the safe operation and navigation of vessels in ports and harbors in the state.

This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact future legislation that would address deficiencies in the goods movement infrastructure relating to the states ports and harbors.
