AB 1047: Vehicles: statewide application of the code.

Existing law regulates the issuance of drivers licenses and the licensure and operation of vehicles on the roads of the state. Under existing law, these provisions are applicable and uniform throughout the state and in all counties and municipalities. Existing law prohibits local authorities from enacting or enforcing an ordinance or resolution in this area unless expressly authorized.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.
