Existing law creates the Department of Human Resources, which succeeds to and is vested with all of the powers and duties previously performed by the Department of Personnel Administration. Existing law authorizes the department to establish standards of health and safety in state agencies and develop a comprehensive health and safety program, as specified.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.
