Version:
Existing law requires each school district, county office of education, state special school, and charter school that offers one or more courses in health education to pupils in middle school or high school to include in those courses instruction in mental health, as provided. Existing law requires that instruction and related materials to, among other things, not reflect or promote bias against a person on the basis of specified protected categories.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the latter provision.
