All those who served and saved rendered aid and assistance. May we give comfort to those who still live with grief and loss.

May we seek justice, peace and reconciliation in all the activities of our lives. On this day of solemn remembrance let us remember words of support and compassion from states and nations near and far. Let us continue to build up what has been torn down and work to mend what has been broken. Gracious God, may we live your love when hate and resentment seem to reign may we continue to bear hopeful witness to the cause of justice and peace for all. We ask this in your name. Amen.

Well, thank you, Madam President. I rise to present AB 1451 on behalf of Assemblymember Mathis. Assembly Bill 1452 will honor the California Veterans of wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. This is a bipartisan bill, which would authorize a nonprofit organization to fund the planning, construction and maintenance of a monument dedicated to the veterans of the conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait on the grounds of the state capitol. California has the highest number of veterans in the country, and it is crucial that the sacrifices of our state veterans on behalf of our nation do not go unnoticed. AB 1452 will honor and pay tribute to the courage and sacrifices made by the brave servicemen and women of our state who fought and gave their lives in defense of our country. This bill has received no opposition and is supported by a number of veterans groups, including the American Legion and Vets, the California State Commanders, Veterans Council and Military Officers Association of America and the Vietnam Veterans of America. AB 603 will require the California Community College Board of Governors and the CSU Board of Trustees and request that UC Board of Regents provide the legislature with an annual report on the diversity of its governing board and how it compares to the diversity of the student body population they serve. AB 603 would not take any concrete steps to change the makeup of the governing boards or impose employment requirements on the governor. This bill would simply provide the public and the legislature with more transparency on diversity. And with that, I ask for your aye vote.

Thank you, Madam President. I rise to present AB 755 on behalf of Assembly Member Papan, which requires public utilities to determine how the highest water users affect system wide costs. Identifying how the top 10 percent of water users in a customer class have driven system expenses will shine an important light on a root cause of rising costs. Utilities invest and maintain additional infrastructure based on the amount of water customers collectively use, and those fixed costs are borne collectively by the customers, usually based on meter size. Customers with smaller meters pay proportionately less, based on meter size, but if they have no need for the new infrastructure, they are subsidizing the cost of water for those that do.

Our water system should not punish efficient and subsidized water -- waste. I'm sorry. Our water system should not punish efficient and subsidized waste. AB 755 specifically examines the fixed costs that are driven primarily by unnecessary use. I urge an aye vote.

I rise today to present AB 1270 on behalf of Assemblymember Dixon, which would facilitate the dissolution of two redevelopment agencies in Orange County, while ensuring that the City of Lake Forest successor agency continues to receive the revenues it needs to pay its enforceable obligations. This is a district Bill sponsored by Orange County and supported by Lake Forest. It has received no opposition throughout. On behalf of Assemblymember Dixon, I respectfully ask for your aye vote.

Assembly Bill 1587 by Assemblymember Ting, an act relating to financial transactions.

Thank you, Madam President. I rise to present AB 1587 on behalf of Assemblymember Ting. AB 1587 is simple. It requires the implementation of a new merchant category code MCC, for firearm retailers. The International Organization for Standardization created the MCC in September of 2022 for firearm retailers. Currently, firearms are generally categorized as sporting goods or other. MCCs are four-digit codes used to identify purchases such as groceries, gas, et cetera. Many of us may know these and may remember these from when we get our credit card statements and see an aggregated number of the categories of how we are spending. The use of the new firearms MCC provides financial institutions with a tool to better identify suspicious activities such as firearm trafficking. This bill is specific to California businesses only. We know other states have banned its use, but financial entities will not be impacted by the prohibitions by other states under this bill. The author has worked thoughtfully with the Financial Institutions Policy Committees, including the Senate Banking Committee, and on this language, to ensure smooth implementation. I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

The presumptive eligibility for pregnant women program provides a pregnant person with low income and immediate temporary coverage for up to 60 days while they are applying for full scope medical.

However, it can often take longer than 60 days for the application to be approved, and in that time, the coverage could get lapse, so leaving many people without. So what this does is correct that and is a Woman's Legislative Caucus priority Bill. And with that, I ask for your aye vote.

Thank you, Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, senators, I offer amendments to AB 1481. The state of California needs to stop our practice of dumping sexually violent predators, known as SVPs, into communities, especially with transient status. SVPs are convicted of a sexually violent offense and diagnoesd with a mental disorder that causes them to be a danger to others, with a high likelihood to reoffend. Since 1996, the state's SVP conditional release program has dumped these predators into communities, which is already troublesome.

But why would we allow these dangerous individuals to be released on transient status, for example, in an RV, as has recently been proposed? It's bad enough that they're being released at all. Dumping SVPs on transient status leaves communities at a massive risk. According to the state contractor, Liberty Healthcare, half of all SVPs released on transient status have been revoked or rehospitalized for serious violations of their release, a 50% failure rate.

At a recent court hearing on the release of one specific sexually violent predator, state contractor Liberty Healthcare testified that it is easier to monitor these predators in a fixed residence with hardwired phone and Internet lines. At the same hearing, that one specific SVP, who has a history of imprisonment, treatment and reoffense dating back to the 80s, spoke in support of his release on transient status.

He said that if lawmakers had felt transient release was unsafe, they could have put that language into the law, and they have chosen not to. Ladies and gentlemen, it's unsafe, so let's fix it now. Let's bar the practice of releasing SVPs into communities on transient status. I argue that none of these SVPs should be released into any community and should be placed on state property where they can be properly supervised. However, if they must be released, at the very least, they should not have transient status.

This simple amendment will protect families and neighborhoods. It will protect communities from these dangerous predators we know have had a very hard time controlling their dangerous urges. With that, I ask for an aye vote on these amendments. Thank you, Madam President.

What AB 452 does is end California's arbitrary civil statute of limitations for minors who experience sexual abuse, allowing them -- putting California on track with the rest of the nation to be able to pursue a claim at the point in their lives where they are able to confront their abuse.

The data shows that over half of child sexual abuse survivors first disclose they were abused when they're age 50, and many times, it's older, even, than that. While we cannot take away the pain of childhood sexual assault, California should not close the door to an opportunity for justice, solely because someone has passed their 40th birthday. AB 576 is a Women's Caucus priority Bill that updates the Medi-Cal guidelines for abortion medication to align with current evidence based clinical guidelines. California has been a longtime leader in protecting an individual's right to access abortion, but there are still remaining barriers to accessing care. Medication abortion is a safe and effective method of terminating a pregnancy. Currently, medical covers abortion medication up to 70 days, gestation about ten weeks.

However, studies have shown that medication abortion for pregnancies between 71 and 77 days were equally effective as the same regimen from 64 to 70 days. By extending the timeline of coverage that a pregnant individual can receive abortion medication under medical, we are allowing people, the agency, to make family planning decisions that are most important for their life. This Bill is sponsored by Planned Parenthood affiliates of California, the National Health Law Program and Nay Roll Pro Choice. I respectfully ask for your aye vote.

Thank you, Madam President. I rise to present AB 579 on behalf of Assembly Member Ting. AB 579 would require that new school bus purchases from 2035 onward be zero emissions and extends transportation services and leasing contracts for zero emission school buses. This bill is not a fleet mandate, meaning that schools are not required to replace their entire fleet with zero emission buses by 2035. They will retain the right to use their diesel buses through the end of their useful life.

To address concerns with present day challenges in acquiring buses and technology, this bill grants schools an additional five year extension to comply. Amendments taken in my committee gave rural districts an additional extension on top of that, meaning that some schools will not need to comply with this purchasing target until 2045. There is substantial data on the impact of school bus emissions on children and the environment. Some of this data shows that time spent on school commutes can account for up to one-third of a child's daily exposure to toxic air pollutants.

A consistent, practically achievable, statewide planning goal to increase the number of zero emission buses is critical to improving air quality and student health outcomes, especially in communities already disproportionately impacted by severe air pollution. Other states are already outpacing California's leadership on zero emission school bus adoption. The state of New York, for instance, is requiring that new school bus purchases be zero emission by the year 2027, and that all school buses in operation must be zero emissions by 2035. AB 579 is a timely and thoughtful approach to building a healthier future for California's children. On behalf of Assembly Member Ting, I respectfully ask for your aye vote.

So, to be clear, this is not a mandate. This provides tools for schools to begin purchasing school buses. They will be allowed to continue using their diesel buses throughout their useful life. But this assumes that over this, and future budgets, that the state will, in fact, provide the resources to do that.

This Bill has been narrowed significantly after years of discussion. Adult Ed teachers serve our most vulnerable students, who often lack a high school degree or are learning English. Despite their critical work, they don't have basic employee protections or worker stability. Most teachers attain permanent status after they successfully complete a two-year probationary period.

Tenured teachers have better job security and attain due process rights to make sure they are not terminated unfairly. Adult Ed teachers are excluded no matter how qualified they are or how many years they have served. AB 897 simply treats these teachers like everybody else by providing a path to become permanent employees. In light of California's teacher shortage, post COVID-19, granting adult education teachers basic professional rights is a no brainer. I respectfully ask for your aye vote on AB 897.

The CSU parental leave policy of 30 working days needs to be updated to reflect the realities facing the system's coach, counseling, librarian and instructional faculty. Even after years, there has not been an incremental increase to paid parental leave, even to match comparable institutions. AB 1123 will greatly benefit our hardworking faculty and staff, including ensuring there is less manipulation of schedules and pressure on faculty to find others to take over their workload. AB 1145 would establish a rebuttable presumption that post traumatic stress disorder suffered by nursing staff who provide direct care to prison inmates and state hospital patients is a workplace injury. These state nurses, psychiatric technicians, social service specialists, and various medical specialists provide direct care to inmate and patient populations that have committed serious and violent felonies or have severe mental illnesses that make them a danger to themselves or others.

The nursing staff is most often the direct recipient of assault of behavior. Each day likely involves repetitive verbal and emotional abuse, physical threats, and witnessing horrific violent assaults. Unfortunately, the burden falls upon the nurse to prove their psychological injury resulted from a workplace injury. This Bill would address that. I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

Thank you very much, Madam President. On behalf of Assembly Member Wendy Carrillo, I'm proud to present AB 1306, the Harmonizing Our Measures for Equality, or HOME Act. AB 1306 would restrict the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation from transferring individuals leaving incarceration to immigration authorities, if the individual has also benefited from recent resentencing or compassionate release reforms.

In recent years, the Legislature has recognized that over-incarceration hurts our state and our communities, and we've given individuals who received harsh sentences as young people the opportunity to earn parole. The Legislature has recognized that there should be avenues for those whose convictions were tainted by racial bias or those who were convicted by under statutes that we have reformed.

The Legislature has also recognized the need to give justice to impacted individuals and to give them the dignity to live out their final days with their loved ones and with adequate access to health care. As a state, we've recognized those needs, but immigrant Californians are arbitrarily left out for no other reason than where they were born. Our state prison system turns them over to immigration authorities after they have served their sentence. This double punishment is very problematic. AB 1306 will end this double punishment, if the immigrant being released has been subject -- has benefited from criminal justice reforms already signed into law. Respectfully ask for your aye vote to this bill that has no opposition.

This bill allows for a civil action to be brought against an institution of higher education that knew, or should have known, of the hazing practices of an affiliated organization. This bill also requires the Department of Education to make available, on their website, a model anti-hazing policy and resources on hazing prevention to address hazing at the K-12 level.

For too long, institutions have turned a blind eye to escalating hazing incidents within their affiliated organizations, which often result in serious injury or death. How is it that these institutions can promote and profit from students' participation in these organizations, but not share the responsibility when a tragedy occurs? It's time to ensure all parties involved are doing their part in the hope that we can prevent these tragedies in the future. It's up to us to show how serious this issue is. Thank you Madam President, colleagues, I rise to present AB 426 on behalf of Assembly Member Jackson. As many of you may have seen or heard over the last few years, but more recently recently in reports of children being forced to sleep in illegal settings like office buildings or jail like cellars, some foster youth were sleeping on top of desk without access to a shower and relieving themselves in water bottles.

Other foster youth were reportedly placed in former detention facility with only a single shared bathroom for 14 youths that were locked from the outside. On top of that, they also had to ask permission to use the bathroom. Therefore, AB 426 would increase the civil penalty from 200 dollars to one thousand dollars whenever a foster care youth is forced to reside in an unlicensed placement and will help ensure our state's most vulnerable foster youth are not forced to sleep in places that endanger their welfare.

This is yet another number that has not been reevaluated since I was born. When youth enter California's foster care system, we become their custodial parents. We have the duty and responsibility to make sure their health and well being are a top priority. These children are already enduring a traumatic event of being separated from their family and it is a state's job to prevent any further trauma.

At the same time of these reports, counties have reported challenges in placing youth in homelike settings with family Members when possible and are away from congregate care settings. This Bill simply aims to prevent youth's welfare from by keeping our foster youth out of unlicensed placements that could further perpetrate, neglect and abuse. This Bill is another step further in making sure all our foster youth have a safe place to call home. I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

To officially document the effectiveness of its efforts to enforce nurse staffing ratios in hospitals and health facilities. This Bill would require DPH to prepare and publish a report documenting its enforcement of existing regulations, including data regarding the number of complaints received and the investigatory steps taken in response to those complaints.

AB 1063 also would require DPH to receive input from healthcare professionals about ways to improve its enforcement, thereby giving healthcare workers a voice in the process. In so doing, AB 1063 will provide greater transparency and accountability, as well as important data regarding the impact of legislation passed in prior years. This Bill has bipartisan support, and I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

Thank you, Madam President. I respectfully rise in opposition to this Bill. Colleagues, our hospitals are in trouble, and I know there was a bailout issue with them, and that we addressed some of the financial situations that we have, but we still have seismic and everything else.

So I guess my question is that if a hospital is not meeting the nurse ratio quantifications that are put in place by DPH, do you just tell the dying patient of a heart attack, "I'm sorry, there's only four nurses on staff, and you would require us to have five, so go die someplace else?"

Is that a question of the author, Senator Grove?

No, it's a statement, Madam President. Just a rhetorical question, I guess. So how do you control this? So, when you can't control and hospitals have no control over the number of people that come into their facilities, and so they have adequate people on staff, but then maybe there's a car accident, maybe twelve people are involved in a pile up, maybe something happens.

Do you tell those people that you're not going to provide them with care because there's not enough nurses on staff? Those are our constituents that could possibly be in this situation. And the mandates that this body puts on the hospitals and still requires them to perform adequate access to health care is just completely absurd.

It's as if you guys are setting it up for the state to take over the whole medical system with no private insurances pricing them out of the process, creating mandates on private, on the plans, but not including them in the medical system because it's too expensive for the state to pay for it. And then these mandates on hospitals, which just severely restricts patient care and respectfully ask for a no vote.

Thank you, Madam President. I rise to present AB 1213 on behalf of Assemblymember Ortega. As you've stated, AB 1213 is an early tailored Bill that closes a problematic gap in temporary disability coverage for an injured worker who experiences delays in treatment through no fault of their own. California's Workers Comp Law requires an employer to provide all medical treatment necessary to cure or relieve an employee from a work related injury.

However, there's a 104 week time limit on temporary disability payments, even in instances where the employee's medical treatment has been wrongfully denied and then later authorized. Any treatment that is recommended by an injured worker's doctor is subject to utilization review. If utilization review denies a treatment, a worker's only recourse is to appeal.

In 2021, there were over 200,000 treatment requests that were appealed, but only 7.2% of which were overturned, about 19,000 requests. Fortunately, almost all of those were delivered timely, but 53 were delivered untimely in that year, meaning this narrowly tailored Bill would apply to that small subset, typically each year of injured workers experiencing delays in their treatment and temporary disability payments.

To address these delays that are no fault to the injured worker, this Bill would require that when a utilization review denial is overturned, that the temporary disability payment be extended up to 90 days per medical dispute. Additionally, the Bill sunsets on January 1, 2027, and I'd respectfully ask for your aye vote.

It will help protect homeowners from a predatory real estate practice that is becoming far too common. In recent disturbing trend has emerged, unsuspecting homeowners are offered cash upfront to enter into decades-long real estate listing agreements.

But too often, homeowners aren't made aware that these agreements result in a lien placed on their home, which ultimately can cost homeowners thousands of dollars more than they receive. This bill will protect vulnerable consumers by preventing this abusive sales practice. Recent amendments have moved the California Association of Realtors.

AB 1356 strengthens California's Worker Adjustment and Retaining Notification Act, better known as the Warren Act, by expanding protections for workers impacted by mass layoffs.

This Bill addresses a loophole which allows contract workers who do the same work alongside permanent employees, but only without the same employee protections provided by the Warren Act. Additionally, this Bill extends the 75 days from 60 days notice of a layoff, which is simply not enough time for workers using particularly immigration visas and across a wide variety of job sectors.

Lastly, this Bill, with no employees, can be required to sign away their rights to litigation as a requirement to receive severance pay. I respectfully ask for your aye vote.

Thank you, Madam President. Members, being a gas station owner is hard. And $0.99 out of every dollar we spend at the pump doesn't go to that gas station owner. One of those cents goes to them, and $0.99 goes upstream to oil companies. Their margins are tight and they're looking off to the future for what it will entail.

This Bill is a forward looking effort to find new value in those important pieces of real estate and of energy in our communities and to try to get them ahead of the curve, to be looking at opportunities like EV charging or hydrogen fueling stations, things that will actually bring value back to our communities and be from American sources of energy. So this Bill is just a study at this point, but we think it's a very important one. So I respectfully ask for your vote.

Thank you, Madam President. I rise to propose an amendment to Assembly Bill 1614 to repeal the mandate that creates income based utility bills for Californians. Last year, the Legislature rushed to pass a budget trailer Bill, AB 205, without a policy hearing or a discussion on the impact it would have on ratepayers. Rather than working to make the cost of energy and less expensive and more affordable, this Bill moved the burden onto hardworking families.

In essence, a hard work utility tax directing the CPUC to require utility companies to base their bills on the customer's income. In addition to this fixed charge based on income, AB 205 also removed the existing cap on how much utility companies could charge. Ratepayers in California already pay up to 80% more for electricity than the national average. And this proposal adds to that burden for many.

Not only does this add to the ineffective policies and misplaced priorities, but it discourages energy conservation since customers will already be on the hook for hundreds of dollars in yearly fees, eliminating their incentive to limit energy use. With the cost of living in California already high enough, this poorly thought out proposal must be repealed.

At this point, I anticipate a motion will be made to table this amendment without debate. I ask that you at least debate this issue so Californians can see where we stand. Californians deserve transparency just as they deserve fairness. In billing for energy prices, I ask for your aye vote to amend AB 1614 and a no vote on the motion to table them.

Despite our robust consumer protection laws, predatory businesses still find ways to take advantage of consumers, make profits from their illegal conduct. Many found in violation of these laws often claim bankruptcy, leaving victims without any financial compensation for their losses.

Any funds awarded by the court under AB 1366 will be placed in the Victims of Consumer Fraud Protection Restitution Fund, which will help make victims whole when the businesses who defrauded them become insolvent. This Bill has no opposition and bipartisan support. I would respectfully ask for an aye vote.

Thank you, ma'am, President, Members, I rise in support of AB 316. We've all seen the dangers and chaos of self driving cars, from traffic jams to car accidents, to blocking emergency vehicles, while self driving technology could be promising in the future. It is simply not there yet for widespread and expanded use into heavy duty trucks. For our safety, we should not be testing 18 wheeler trucks without a driver on our highways. We need to be testing these driverless trucks in isolated and controlled areas. I'm all for new technologies, but when public safety is at risk, we need to pump the brakes until it is perfected. I ask for an aye vote on AB 316.

Well, I'm surprised that I'm on the opposite side here with some good colleagues. But, look, nobody wants trucks on the road that aren't safe. Who wants that? And certainly the agency that's in charge of making sure they're safe is our agency. It's the state DMV they're doing their job, so no one wants to see that.

But to put an arbitrary requirement that you have to have a person on board without even to me, it's like saying everybody has to use a typewriter, because if you get rid of it, then there's some consequences to it for those who make typewriters. Or you can't transition from a horse drawn carriage because of the people that take care of the horses. I mean, look, technology is there to make our lives better and safer.

And I know that there's been some issues, of course, with new technology in terms of vehicles, but the whole idea here is for it to make our world better, more economical, safer. And so I, unfortunately, can't jump on board this Bill today because I think it's not really proceeding in a way that's thoughtful about how we take advantage of technology and transition technology in a prudent way. So, with that, I'm going to be off on this Bill.

Thank you, Madam President. I am pleased to present AB 418, the California Food Safety Act, on behalf of Assemblymember Gabriel. AB 418 is a common sense food safety measure that would ban four toxic chemicals that have been linked to significant health harms, including cancer, reproductive harm, and behavioral and developmental issues in children. These four chemicals are already banned in the 27 nations in the EU and dozens of other countries around the world.

Many of the most iconic American companies have also voluntarily stopped using these chemicals because of concerns about their health impacts. Those include Coke, Pepsi, Gatorade, Panera, and so many more. Unfortunately, the US is far behind the rest of the world in food safety due to major weaknesses in the FDA approval and oversight process. FDA almost never re-reviews the safety of chemical additives, meaning that many chemicals were last reviewed decades ago and have not been reconsidered despite significant new evidence of health harms.

For example, one best example is the FDA process of red dye 3, which has been banned by the FDA in cosmetics since 1990. So it's not safe for you to put it on your face, but it's safe for you to ingest it. It doesn't take a PhD in neurobiology to realize that this makes absolutely no sense. To be clear, AB 418 will not ban any particular foods or results in any products coming off the shelf.

It will simply require food companies to make the same minor modifications to the recipes that are already made in Europe and so many other places around the globe. The Assembly number has continued up to this day to be engaged in constructive conversations with opposition. Since he first introduced the Bill, the most recent amendments have removed titanium dioxide from the Bill and have delayed the implementation to 2027.

This has removed opposition from California Chamber of Commerce, dairy Institute of California, American Chemistry Council, California Healthcare Products Association, Council for Responsible Nutrition, American Beverage Association, and California Business Roundtable Table. It enjoys a broad and diverse coalition of support, and I respectfully ask for your aye vote.

I do. Thank you, Madam President. I just want to reiterate some of the points that were just made. I heard the Bill in the Senate Environmental Quality Committee. There was a robust discussion--I see my vice chair there. I want to particularly call out Assemblymember Gabriel for listening very carefully to the concerns of the opposition, making some modest but important changes to the Bill that made them feel better about the Bill.

And they delayed the implementation so as to give companies some more time to negotiate new contracts for the food companies. And phase in new recipes. That was one of the big concerns that was out there. They also did remove titanium dioxide from the Bill. So that led to all sorts of major groups dropping opposition the Chamber of Commerce, the Beverage Association, the Chemistry Council, consumer Healthcare Products Association, Council for Responsible Nutrition, dairy Institute, California Business Roundtable.

So, you know, this is an example of an author making some changes to a Bill that didn't harm the core goals of his Bill, while at the same time ensuring that they're listening to some of the concerns that were being raised by folks in the business community. I think it deserves everybody's support, and I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

It expands the authority of CalRx to enter into partnerships for development and distribution of over the counter Naloxon nasal product, revises the interdisciplinary teams at our psychiatric residential facilities, treatment facilities, to comply with federal regulations, and also to enable enrollment in Medi cal.

It revises or requires the Department of Healthcare Services to seek legislative approval for fee increases of more than 5% on our substance use treatment facilities, and requires the development of a hardship fee waiver program for those facilities. And it delays for one year the deadline for emergency regulations to implement audit findings on hospice licensure and oversight, and lifts that moratorium upon adoption of those regulations. Thank you, Members. SB 140 is the human services trailer Bill on childcare. It ratifies the agreement between the Governor and Childcare Providers United, which includes a two-year increase to childcare rates ranging from $98 to $211 per child per month for all subsidized childcare providers. These rate increases were included in the 2023 budget, but the details of them were worked out in the collective bargaining agreement, which is what this Bill represents.

And the agreement, which I'm very proud to let you know, includes the establishment of the first-in-the-nation retirement fund for childcare providers. And with that I ask for your aye vote.

Members SB. 141 is our Pre-K-12 education Bill, the trailer Bill for budget. The Bill makes various technical amendments to implement our 23-24 budget act, and it additionally prevents our local educational agencies from incurring fiscal penalties due to expanded learning program closures that result from emergency conditions. And it extends to July 1, 2024, the ability for schools to have substitute teachers teach for 60 cumulative days.

And it exempts our Paradise Unified School District from maximum ratios of administrators to teachers from the 21 22 fiscal year to the 23 24 fiscal year. And with that, I ask for your aye vote.
