Hi. Thank you very much, Mr. President, Colleagues. SB 253 is back on concurrence. This is the Climate Corporate Data Accountability Act, which will require all U.S. based companies doing business in California with gross annual revenue over one billion dollars to report their full greenhouse gas footprint to the California Air Resources Board. Amendments in the Assembly do several things, including provide a safe harbor for scope 3 reporting to ensure that good faith mistakes are not penalized, delay scope 3 by one year, provide a three year delay in scope 3 penalties, minimize duplication by allowing submission of reports prepared for any other emissions reporting requirements, as well as other technical changes to make implementation of this bill as seamless as possible.

Colleagues, we have growing support from this bill in the business community, including major corporations like Levi's and Amalgamated Bank and Google and Apple and Salesforce and Microsoft, and a huge coalition of major apparel brands. This is an idea whose time has come.

Thirty percent of S&P 500 companies are already doing this. It's time to level the playing field and have transparency for the public. I respectfully ask for your aye vote.

Thank you, Mr. President. Colleagues, Members, SB 447 is back for concurrence in Assembly amendments. This Bill will lift California's travel ban and create in its place the Bridge Project, a nonpartisan marketing program that could be used in other states to emphasize the value of inclusion and acceptance of the LGBTQ plus community.

Assembly amendments require the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development to convene an Advisory Committee to advise on Bridge Project media campaigns, specifically that state employees would not be required to travel to states with discriminatory laws as a result of this Bill. And it added an urgency clause, with nearly 500 anti LGBTQ plus bills having been introduced in the legislatures nationwide this year alone.

Now, more than ever, I think we need to reach into those communities with messages of support, inclusivity, and understanding, messages to encourage kindness, compassion, and peace. Colleagues, SB 447, the Bridge Project is the positive approach, and it's the positive tool that California needs. It's the positive message that the rest of the nation needs to hear, see, and feel. Thank you. Mr. President and colleagues arise today to bring back on concurrence SB 553, a Bill designed to address workplace violence through California's existing injury illness prevention plans. This Bill will ensure each employer simply has a plan relative to their business on how they will respond to incidents of workplace violence. All mentions of security, personnel, shoplifting and confrontation have been removed from the Bill.

These amendments adopted in the Assembly, removed opposition from all business entities on file, including the Chamber of Commerce, California Retailers Association, and the American Petroleum Convenience Store Association. The Bill will Institute new protections for California workers utilizing key provisions of the most recent Cal OSHA draft industry standards. I appreciate the authentic dialogue between my office workers and businesses of all sizes, united in the goal of addressing workplace violence. And for this reason, I respectfully ask for your aye vote. Thank you.

Thank you, Mr. President. Members, I stand in opposition to this Bill. This Bill does basically four things and the amendments in the Assembly. One requires employers to train their employees. Number two, hire a security detail for their businesses. And it does nothing to really stop the theft, which is what's driving up the cost for these business owners. And that's the reasons I stand with the over 1,500 business owners that showed up here opposing this piece of legislation. For those reasons, I strongly oppose SB 553 and ask for a no vote.

Thank you, Mr. President. Members, I'm proud to present, or I'm sure Mr. Villapudua is proud to have me present his Bill, AB 701 to start holding fentanyl traffickers accountable and save lives across California. AB 701 provides equity to our drug enforcement by adding fentanyl to a list of controlled substances which enhanced sentences may be levied against those in possession of a kilogram or more of the drug.

The author recently took amendments to address concerns that the state, the trafficker would have known that they were in possession of a controlled substance in order to be convicted. Respectfully ask for your aye vote thank you.

Thank you, Mr. President and Members, I also rise in support of AB 701. The fentanyl crisis continues to devastate our communities as drug dealers profit, 110 Californians are dying every week from fentanyl overdosing. It's time to hold these deadly drug dealers accountable. Under this Bill, fentanyl will rightly be categorized as a controlled substance and the big drug dealers in possession of at least a kilo of fentanyl could face additional prison time. For reference, a kilo of fentanyl has the potential to kill 500,000 Californians.

This Bill is by no means a panacea to the fentanyl crisis. Much work remains to hold all deadly drug dealers accountable, including smaller dealers that are killing Californians with this lethal drug. However, AB 701 is a step in the right direction to holding the biggest drug dealers on our streets accountable. I ask for an aye vote. Thank you, Mr. President.

Thank you, Mr. President. I rise also today as a proud principal coauthor in support of AB 701. As community across California continues to reel from the death and destruction caused by the fentanyl crisis, the need for us to act is still very urgent as ever. As I've mentioned before, 100 Californians die per week. That will equal to approximately 6000 by the end of this year.

In response to the hurting families and victims who were lost to this deadly substance, I introduced Assembly Bill 1955 in 2022 and also now SB 62 this year. But unfortunately, both of those bills were defeated. However, I'm so happy and excited that AB 70 one, which was motto after both of my bills, is now nearing the finish line and enjoys bipartisan support.

I'm relieved to see that we are finally making progress towards holding dealers and traffickers accountable and doing right by those who have been impacted by the fentanyl crisis. On behalf of my colleagues in the Assembly and in memories of those who have been lost to the fentanyl crisis, I respectfully ask for your aye vote.

This clarification is needed because, under federal law, proceedings can still be based on a vacated conviction unless the reason is due to a legal or procedural defect. And so if state law does not explicitly state that reason, a conviction can remain even though the state has erased it.

AB 1726 ensures that everyone has full access to the post conviction relief that we, the Legislature, have provided in our previous legislative actions. Recent amendments removed all opposition, and I ask for your aye vote.

Thank you, Mr. President. AB 1726 to address an issue that has been shimmering for years and is now boiling up. Retail theft not only endangers consumers and worker, but it also adds costs to retailers and consumers. According to Capital One shopping, retailers in California lose an estimated $7.8 billion in annual revenue to theft, resulting in more than $560,000,000 in retail sales dollars. California retailers and consumers are fed up and increasingly frustrated with inaction.

Here are just a few recent stories of the rampant retail theft happening around the state. The owner of a jewelry store in Pasadena said a group of smash and grabbers made off with half $1.0 million worth of jewelry in broad daylight. In May, employees of a jewelry store in my district in Huntington Beach fought back when a group of thefts attempted a smash-and-grab heist. The siblings who worked there said they always knew this kind of thing is a possibility.

In Sacramento, shoppers are paying the price for retail theft. This amendment is overdue and will enhance public safety by allowing a serial theft to be charged with a felony if they have three or more prior theft-related convictions and are convicted a fourth time of a theft-related offense. These amendments ensure this possibility in a reality in California, and that does not go ignore. Mr. President, permission to read?

Thank you. Orange County District Attorney outlines this situation clearly, saying these robberies are killing the tax base and are forcing stores to close all across the state. No one is going to want to shop anymore. Retails as we know it will soon be over unless we severely punish those who are committing these crimes. These surplus funds are the remaining equity after a mortgage and fees are paid following a trustee's sale. Surplus chasers often charge exorbitant fees for their services sometimes up to 40% of the surplus funds.

Even though these services are already provided for by law, AB 1043 will restrict surplus chasers from seeking to collect a borrower's surplus funds until 90 days after the trustee's deed has been recorded giving trustees time to find the appropriate borrower and send them their surplus funds without having to pay surplus chasers. This Bill aims to protect borrowers from having their equity and surplus funds unnecessarily reduced and ensure that they receive the full amount of surplus funds they are entitled to under the law. Legal Document Assistants, also called LDAs, are experienced professionals who are authorized to prepare legal documents in a ministerial manner for a legal consumer, but only at the direction of the legal consumer. In other words, an LDA is there to assist self-help legal consumers in handling their own legal matters without the cost of an attorney.

The original authorization for LDAs was conducted on a trial basis and later extended by the Legislature in 2002 and multiple times since. Thank you, Mr. President. I appreciate that. When the Clean Air Act was adopted in the 1970s, it created emission reduction credit programs based on the notion that polluters could voluntarily use a system of pollution credits resulting in the reduction of emissions. It was a credit market. It was similar to what we now know as cap and trade.

Unfortunately, reports have shown that serious discrepancies with credits exist that have been validated and have existed over a long time over the 40 years since that adoption. This is important because credits from the past are used to offset emissions in the future, even credits from the distant past. After looking into this, the California Air Resources Board agreed what this Bill would do is direct CARB to finish the job that was started to ensure that all credits in the San Joaquin Valley Air District program are valid.

CARB and the air district must ensure that the system is functioning as intended, transparently and fairly. I respectfully request an aye vote.

Currently, these workers are vulnerable to wage theft, sexual harassment, and workplace injuries due to the subcontracted nature of that industry. Building service companies offer lower wages for workers and violate minimal standards and labor laws to remain competitive in a high supply industry with limited contracts. This bill would hold public entities jointly liable for wage theft violations committed by property service companies.

Property service workers who clean and protect our public space should receive the same protections as those who work in the private sector. On behalf of the author, I respectfully ask for your aye vote.

This is an FAB Council priority bill to reduce barriers that healthcare providers face when trying to offer reproductive health services here in California. Since the Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs, one in three women in this country has lost abortion access. This means more and more women from other states are coming to California in need of reproductive care.

One of the major barriers to reproductive access is the cost and availability of liability insurance for providers. Reproductive health care providers often charge an arbitrary surcharge, or even denied liability insurance altogether because they offer abortions or gender affirming services. This bill prohibits that discrimination and will help ensure that health providers are able to obtain liability insurance and serve their patients. I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

AB 1360 the Hope of California act all of our communities have been deeply impacted by the substance use disorders and high levels of recidivism. Nearly 70% of drug offenders are rearrested within three years of release from prison. The jail and prison approach has not worked. It's time to tackle this problem as a public health crisis.

AB 1360 is an innovative five year program that will allow only two counties, Sacramento and Yolo County, to provide voluntary and temporary confined treatment options for those eligible. The addiction crisis is complex, but not going away. Without treatment, people end up serving life sentence and installments respectfully ask for your aye vote.

Mr. President and colleagues, I rise today to present AB 664 on behalf of Assemblymember Lee. 10 years after the Legislature enacted legislation declaring a human right to water, an estimated 1 million Californians still lack access to safe drinking water. Many are from disadvantaged communities, and many renters are also in these communities that do not have safe drinking water.

The requirement for SAB 664 only applies if renters rely on their wells as their sole source of drinking water, and only if a well owner turns down an offer for the state. For resources that come with participating in a drinking water system consolidation. I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

Thank you, Mr. President. Members, I unfortunately have to rise in opposition to this Bill, and for a few reasons. Number one, there's no ability to be able to cure. The person who owns the well is going to have to pay outright. They can't pass on a fee to their customers, and so the StateWater Resource Control Board is going to come in and make them test, but there's no ability for them to actually be able to raise the resources to actually cure the problem.

And it's just going to exacerbate the issue where we have these wells in California where we have bad drinking water and no way for them to actually help their customers by the ability to be able to cure. So for those reasons, I oppose AB. 664,

Members, I rise to present SB 389 on concurrence, which, as you may recall, will provide the State Water Board with the ability to verify the existence and scope of claims to senior Water rights. I'm happy to share that through productive conversations in the Assembly with the former opposition coalition, they are now moved to neutral. And I do want to personally thank them for their commitment to working with us.

This is ultimately aimed at ensuring that our system operates in the way that it's supposed to before we run out of time to fix it. And I respect faster. And aye vote.

Well, yes, I want to thank you very much for all the significant work you've done on this. As you know, I have not supported this Bill multiple times, but I just want to make sure that the due process protections built into your Bill not only to whether there has been a trespass under the Water Code Section 1052, but also to whether or not any unlawful diversion and use has occurred.

And by that I mean any diverter facing a trespass proceeding will be able to present evidence and argument that he or she has not unlawfully diverted water.

Through the chair? Absolutely. You're absolutely correct. So there are some cross references that were added to the Bill that ensure due process protections. That was a big part of the negotiations with the opposition. So these due process protections provide a diverter claimant with the opportunity to present evidence and argument during the trespass proceeding that they haven't diverted water unlawfully and they have a valid water right under the laws of the state.

So any enforcement proceeding would then be conducted using the procedure, establish an existing law as was outlined in the recent amendment. So it's all about ensuring that there's good due process for those claimants.

Thank you. I rise today in opposition of Senate Bill 389. Although I have a lot of esteem and respect for my colleague from Santa Monica, I understand he has made a lot of amendments to this Bill, not only to make it more palatable for the rural communities and the Central Valley of California. I feel that it still falls short of the intent of ensuring that water rights are protected.

This Bill does continue to process weakened water rights here in California for the generations of families and farmers throughout our state. While we have done very little in terms of the Legislature in water storage, we are preparing and preparing for a long term water plan. We continue to instead vote on weakening water rights for our residents, giving enormous power to unelected bodies. So I urge a no vote on this Bill. Thank you.

Thank you. Through the President. Senator Allen. My early concerns about the Bill had to do with very specific, particular opposition that was coming from Grazeland folks, cattlemen and so forth, as a nomenclature cattlemen's Association regarding their concern about losing age old stock ponds and such. That have been either naturally the matter of diversion or what I would call soft damning that's occurred over decades ago to allow the flattening out of water on those properties.

And I know you had an explanation that evidently satisfied them, but if you could put that on the record, I'd appreciate it very much. I just haven't had time to fully research it myself. And I'd like to be able to go up on the Bill yeah, thank.

You for the question through, Mr. President, I would say a couple of things. So the most significant changes made in negotiations with the opposition and the Kettlemen were among the first to drop their opposition. After this were the due process issues, some of which have been discussed in the colloquy we just had with the Senator from Stockton.

And then on the forfeiture issue, this whole question of whether you ought to have right now, case law says that there has to be an individual claimant against a water claim for there to be a forfeiture of that claim. If that's found in court, the original version of the Bill gave the waterboard that right as well. So the waterboard could make a claim on behalf of the people of the State of California, the environment of the State of California.

And if that claim was successful, there could be a forfeiture of that water claim that was dropped from the Bill as part of negotiations. And it's in conversation with folks here on the floor. So that forfeiture issue is out of the Bill entirely. And we also were silent on the question of the burden of proof. We added in some additional due process protections, and that ultimately satisfied the folks who had raised concerns.

Assembly Bill 1248 by Assemblymember Bryan. An act relating to elections.

Well, thank you so much, Mr. President. This bill levels the electoral playing field across our state by requiring that cities and counties with more than 300,000 residents and school districts and community colleges that have more than 500,000 residents utilize independent registering commissions. Now, this is a response to the Legislature's piecemeal approach. All sorts of individual bills have come forward. Individual members trying to pass a bill requiring independent redistricting commissions of one form or another for their respective counties.

And what we sought to do with this bill was to set flexibility, focus on the prize here, which is to create independent commissions. But we created different ways for the counties to meet that standard as opposed to having that standard imposed upon them in one particular way. You know, ultimately, this is about meeting the goals of the Independent Reduction Commission, which is to prevent elected officials from gerrymandering districts to the detriment of their communities.

But in addition, it's a bit of a response to, as I say, this piecemeal approach that ultimately imposes specificity on an individual county based on the whims of the individual member who's bringing the bill forward. And so we believe it's very fair. We've worked really closely with all the good government groups. This has been a major priority for Common Cause and League of Women Voters, and I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

This bill authorizes six pilot cities, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Jose, Oakland, Glendale, and Long Beach, to use a limited number of speed cameras to enforce speed limits on a five-year pilot basis. Colleagues, more than 42,000 Americans lost their lives to traffic violence in 2021, and that fatality rate is increasing.

According to the National Transportation Safety Board, speeding is a factor in one third of all collisions that result in a fatality. And we know that the higher the speed in a collision, the higher the chance of death. We know that speed kills, and we must use the proven tools at our disposal to combat this epidemic of violence, severe injuries, and death. Speed cameras have been around since the 1980s.

They are not new and have long been an effective tool for significantly reducing speed and conveying to drivers that even if a police officer does not happen to be there watching you, that you are still at risk of a ticket. That is what will get people to slow down, not whether Google tells them that there is a police officer ahead.

The author has worked extensively over a number of years to implement strict privacy safeguards with timely deletion of the data and equitable fine provisions capping the fines. They're significantly lower than a red light camera and even lower for low-income residents. And making all speed camera citations civil, not criminal penalties. Additionally, cities are required to spend citation revenues exclusively on program administration or traffic calming and bike lanes to further protect all road users.

So this will not be a situation where cities will have an incentive to move money into their general funds. The money is limited to these related purposes. I want to express my deep gratitude to the author, Ms. Friedman, for spearheading this issue so tirelessly over years. I also want to acknowledge my former Assemblymember, David Chiu, who is now the City Attorney of San Francisco, who also introduced this bill.

For many years in a row, this has been a huge coalition effort and colleagues, this is an opportunity for us to improve road safety and to ensure that fewer people die. Everyone who dies on our roads is a son or a daughter of someone, often a parent, a sibling, a grandparent. I have gone to vigils and met the families of people who have died because of excessive speed. It changes that family forever. Forever. And it changes the community forever. And we need to use all available tools to reduce that violence and to make sure that people are not dying on our roads. I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

Yes. Thank you, Mr. President and members. I, too, want to express my deep appreciation to the author, but also support this bill overwhelmingly. Just in Long Beach alone last year, there were about 45 deaths. Over 60% of them were pedestrians. It has actually surpassed our murder rate, which is nothing to be excited about, but just saying that traffic fatalities and pedestrians on our streets are being killed every single day.

And so I'm thankful that she has taken over two years, along with our new San Francisco City Attorney, former Assemblymember David Chiu, to be able to get this done. But this is going to be extraordinary. Just in Long Beach alone, I think we'll be receiving about 17 cameras, many of which will go through the first tranche, will go through a community meeting to ensure that everybody feels good about where they're placed, and then will be done so equitably. With that, I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

I commute every day and have for about the last 30 years and I can tell you it's not the commute that will kill you, it's the traffic on there that cars drive at incredibly excessive rates of speeds. I met with my local Highway Patrol the other day and they talked about the number of citations they give for both people driving over 100 miles an hour as well as sideshows. We know there's been a historic number of deaths as well as car wrecks, as well as people being hit by cars. We have to use every tool we have for this. I respectfully ask for your aye vote.

I rise to present AB 1287, which requires a city or county to grant additional density in concessions if a developer--density bonuses, excuse me--in concessions if a developer agrees to include additional moderate income units or very low income units on top of the maximum amount of units allowed for lower, very low, or moderate income housing.

We're in the midst of a housing crisis. You don't need me to inform you of that. That renders the states unaffordable to a large portion of the state's population and costs the state billions of dollars in lost economic output opportunity.

Last year, HCD determined that we will need 2.5 million new units of housing in the next eight years to meet the current demand. However, according to the DOF, last year, California added only 123,000 housing units. Consequently, the Legislature has implemented several crucial measures to enhance the provision of affordable housing. This bill enhances the state's efforts by addressing housing unaffordability for middle income earners.

The UC Berkeley Terner Center for Housing Innovation found that 40 percent of middle income renters spend more than 30 percent of their income on housing, while 10 percent are severely cost-burdened, meaning that more than half of their monthly income is spent just on housing. This cost burden has continued to grow as we have failed to build enough middle income housing units to reduce prices and release pressure on the overall market. By giving developers an additional incentive under Density Bonus Law to build more modern income units, AB 1287 is a critical step forward towards providing relief. This measure would not require anyone to share their parking with others. It only allows them a choice to do so and offers another tool to meet parking requirements. Excess parking is proven to create health islands, reduce groundwater recharge, prevent walkable cities, and increase the amount that people drive.

Current law requires that a person who is subject to domestic violence or gun violence restraining order be prohibited from having firearms or ammunition. Unfortunately, victims advocates report that when a victim requests that law enforcement serve this protective order and confiscate firearms, law enforcement agencies sometimes refer victims to another agency elsewhere.

This is concerning because it undermines the goal of quickly getting guns out of the hands of those who are prohibited from having them. This Bill strengthens current law to ensure that any law enforcement agency shall remove firearms from a prohibited person when requested. Mental health diversion allows individuals with Diagnoesd Mental health disorders to participate in mental health treatment programs up to two years in lieu of criminal prosecution. However, individuals charged with specific crimes offenses and choose to participate in mental health diversion programs should adhere to gun restrictions while in the program. It's the California Office of Emergency Services most popular grant program.

And sadly, the need for an interest in this funding continues to grow as hate crimes surge, as funding tends to be tapped out pretty much immediately. Many more nonprofits need support from this program, but they struggle to apply due to barriers in the application process. AB 1185 makes changes to the grant program based on feedback from many nonprofits, and I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

Assembly Bill 659 by Assembly Member Aguiar-Curry an act relating to human papillomavirus.

Thank you, Mr. President. Colleagues, I rise today to present AB 659 on behalf of Assembly Member Aguiar-Curry. HPV infects 37,000 people every year, both men and women, and results in more than 7,000 cancer diagnoses. While these numbers are determined by testing and examinations, many others remain undetected until they become a threat to a person's life.

Even though the CDC recommends HPV vaccination for girls and boys ages 11 and 12, almost 60 percent of eligible adolescents have not received the HPV vaccine in California, meaning they will all be at risk, not just for HIV, but for cancer for their entire lives. This bill does not mandate anything. It advises that 8th graders and students entering UC, CSU, and community colleges should be fully vaccinated against HPV.

Under this bill, parents will be notified at the beginning of the 6th grade of the HPV Vaccination Advisory with information on current federal HPV vaccination guidelines. The notification will be done as approved by local school districts and in the statistically prevalent languages of the school population to avoid confusion. Notifying families by reaching out and recommending vaccination to students will help spread awareness and improve uptake of this safe, cancer-preventing vaccine.

AB 659 ensures proper communication with students and parents, removes cost barriers to getting the HPV vaccine, and will prevent more cancers and deaths from HPV. And Colleagues, on a personal note, and I said this in the Health Committee, that I was recently diagnosed with HPV-related pre-cancer, and I'll be fine, but when I was a child, when I was a teenager, there was no HPV vaccine. I did not have that option.

And the idea that we would not advise parents that this exists and that they can get their kid vaccinated and protect that kid from cancer for the rest of their lives, that to me is just straight up common sense, and of course, we should do that. The parents will then make their choice, but they should absolutely receive that advisory, and I respectfully ask for an aye vote.

Thank you, Mr. President. I've been watching this bill pretty closely. I've had a lot of opposition in my district, particularly around any type of mandate, and I had originally come here to oppose this bill. However, I do want to acknowledge the author and all the work that the author has been doing since the beginning of conceptualizing this bill. One, because what was always the focus was kids, their health, and their future. And we know that kids come to school to learn. They come to feel safe.

They come to feel loved. And this is a place where we have to rely on that connection to parents so that we can also educate our children through the parents and educate parents through the child. I want to share my gratitude to my colleague from San Francisco for sharing his story. I have often told this story as well. I lost three organs due to HPV-related cancer, and it was a very impactful time in my life. And I also have four daughters.

And with all four daughters, I've had the conversations about HPV, and the difference was that I did not have access to that vaccine or even the education when I was at the age where I should have been able to prevent that. But we have that knowledge now, we have the science now. And so this gives us an opportunity to use our public education system to truly educate the whole family, the whole child, the whole person. And so I am actually going to support this bill today and I want to thank everyone that's done the hard work to remove the opposition to meet with our parents, particularly from my district that have been concerned.

Thank you, Mr. President and Members, I rise as a proud principal co author to present AB 285 by Assembly Member Louis Reevis. The Bill would foster youth's passion for learning about climate change and ways to mitigate its effects. Specifically, AB 285 would make climate change a course requirement for grades one through 12 so that our future leaders can gain the knowledge they need to create a sustainable future.

In 2016, a report by the University of by Stanford University examined how environmental literacy had benefited students from nursery school to secondary school. And that study found that 83% of students improved their environmental behavior. Students are being educated about the impacts of climate change are clearly better prepared to fight for a better future. But not all children are being provided that opportunity to learn.

Back in 2010, the California State Board of Education adopted the Educational Environment Initiative curriculum at the goal of increasing environmental literacy for K 12 students. Additionally, three years after the adoption of that curriculum, California adopted the Next Generation Science Standards to include environmental issues as an option. California certainly made some progress on advancing climate literacy, but there remains much work to be done to routinely teach these topics in our school since the state's attempts to teach about climate remain optional.

Assembly Bill 899. By Assembly Member Muratsuchi an act relating to food.

Thank you, Mr. President. AB 89 requires that baby foods sold in California be tested for lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury. And then to have those test results posted online. AB 899 acts on a recommendation from our US house Subcommittee on Economic and Consumer Policy that baby food manufacturers should test their final products for heavy metals. These heavy metals are particularly toxic for babies. AB eight, 99 helps protect them. I respectfully ask for your aye vote.
