SB 1070: Counties.

Existing law divides the state into counties, enumerates a countys powers, and specifies that a county may exercise its powers only through the board of supervisors or through agents and officers acting under authority of the board or authority conferred by law.

This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the latter provision.
