AB 2642: Department of Consumer Affairs: director: powers and duties.

  • Session Year: 2021-2022
  • House: Assembly
Version:

Under existing law, the Department of Consumer Affairs is composed of various boards, bureaus, commissions, committees, and similarly constituted agencies that license and regulate the practice of various professions and vocations. Existing law authorizes the Director of the Department of Consumer Affairs to create an interdepartmental committee to assist and advise the director in the implementation of the directors duties, as provided.

This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
