ACR 19: Denise Moreno Ducheny Highway.

This measure would designate a portion of State Route 11, from the Interstate 905 interchange to the new Otay Mesa 2 Port of Entry, in the County of San Diego, as the Denise Moreno Ducheny Highway. The measure would request the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs showing this special designation and, upon receiving donations from nonstate sources covering that cost, to erect those signs.
