Version:
Existing law establishes the office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, who serves as the director of the State Department of Education and has numerous other duties. Under existing law, the Superintendent or the Superintendents representative serves as executive secretary to the Instructional Quality Commission.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the latter provision.
