Existing law makes it unlawful for a person who is under the influence of any alcoholic beverage or drug, or the combined influence of both, to drive a vehicle.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation related to giving a court additional discretion in imposing consequences for repeat and serious DUI offenders.
