AB 2562: Alcohol and drug recovery and treatment facilities.

Existing law requires the State Department of Health Care Services to license and regulate alcohol or other drug recovery or treatment facilities. Existing law authorizes the suspension or revocation of a facilitys license upon specified grounds. Under existing law, a suspended license may be reinstated if the licensee petitions for reinstatement after at least one year has elapsed from the suspension or the denial of a similar petition.

This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that provision.
