The Outdoor Advertising Act provides for the regulation by the Department of Transportation of advertising displays, as defined, within view of public highways.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation to create a permanent solution for certain advertising displays formerly designated for location in a redevelopment agency.
