Thank you. We have a quorum. Before we move forward to today's agenda, I want to take a moment to recognize Gregory McCohan. Today is his last day with Assembly and his final Rules Committee hearing. So join me in welcoming for his, or thanking for his service. He served many areas in the Assembly and this Committee. We have worked closely with him and the Vice Chair to reach consensus on nearly all agenda items this year. We work well together. Thank you. Thank you for your service. We have a consent agenda.
