Good morning. The Rules Committee is called to order. First, I want to start off by taking a moment to recognize the departing Members of the Rules Committee that will be honored today on the Assembly Floor it's been a pleasure serving with you the last two years in the Assembly and this last year here in Rules Committee.

So, I thank you. We will miss you and some of you will be going off to Congress or Senate but thank you for service and for everything that you do for your communities. Secretary, please call the roll.
