    Good morning, everyone. The Senate Committee on Appropriations will now come to order. Today we are holding our hearing in room 2200 of the Old Street Building. We are also live streaming the hearing so members of the public.

As a reminder to everyone out there, today's hearing consists only of items that are on the suspense file. All of these measures have already had a hearing by this Committee with an opportunity for public comment.

    As noted in the daily file, the suspense file hearing is a vote only hearing with no testimony. Before we begin, I'd like to make a few brief announcements about how we will proceed so that Members of the public, Senators and staff can follow along.
