Motion passes. And members, before we adjourn our final hearing of 2026, I wanted to take a moment to recognize our departing members of this committee. First, our vice Chair, Assembly member Lackey, who has been a great partner this session and always work collaboratively I can't even speak today. Collaboratively with me. You know what you mean.

Yeah. He's been a great partner. Thank you. I'm gonna miss you here. I'm gonna miss you on the Assembly floor.

I'm gonna miss the tears. I'm gonna miss all the great advice. You have been an amazing member, and it has been such a pleasure serving with you. So I am gonna miss you, and I know a lot of us here are gonna miss you. Very kind.

Thank you. And also to Assembly member Dixon and Irwin. To Assembly member Dixon, I still remember the first time we met. You are always so kind and always a joy to be with, even in judiciary. So I'm gonna miss you in this committee and other committees and, of course, on the Assembly floor.

And I think we come to all attest. You are the sweetest person ever. And Jacqui, our Assembly member, Irwin, I'm gonna miss you on this committee. I'm gonna miss my workout partner, and I'm hoping you come visit, and I think a lot of us will definitely go visit you. So I wanna thank you for your service and for everything you've done for the state of California.

All three of you have been just a great joy, but I'm gonna miss our times working out the most. And, again, the three of you will be missed. I have a little small token of appreciation. A US flag that was flown over the state capital in your on in your honor and to recognize your service. So each of you will get one of these. Now rules committee is adjourned.
