Bio

Kelly Seyarto, 66, is a former mayor and a battalion chief with the Los Angeles County Fire Department. He began his career with the Inglewood Fire Department. He served for several years on the Murrieta City Council and as mayor of the city four times. He was elected to the Assembly in 2020. Seyarto has a bachelor’s degree from Cal State Los Angeles and a master’s in public administration degree from Cal State Long Beach. He’s married with three daughters.
