Existing law defines the term legislative body for purposes of provisions applicable to the government of cities.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to that definition.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:SECTION 1.Section 34000 of the Government Code is amended to read:34000.
As used in this title, legislative body means the board of trustees, city council, or other governing body of a city.
