Existing law grants the legislative body of a city certain powers with respect to city streets and roads. Existing law authorizes the legislative body of a city, if it makes a specified determination, to contract with the board of supervisors of any county for the rental of the countys equipment for the maintenance, construction, or repair of streets and roads within the city, or for the maintenance, construction, or repair of streets and roads within the city by the county.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
