The Senate committee on Appropriations will now come to order. We are meeting today in Room 2200 of the 0 Street Building. The Department of Finance has notified us that they will not be joining us today since they do not have any comments on any of the bills before the committee this morning. Thank you, Madam Chair. SB 1106 merely shortens the time frame by which data brokers must, comply with the user's request to delete their data from their system from 45 days to 30 days. The technology is now exist. It was not was was not as clear when the act was originally passed. It doesn't involve any new cost to the agency other than when it does it to regular updates of its regulatory system.

So no fiscal impact and I would respectfully ask an aye vote.
