The Joint Rules Committee must establish the chair, the Vice Chair and Chief administrative offer of the officer of the Committee. Pursuant to Joint Rule 40, the members of the Joint Rules Committee of each.

Item one the selection of assembly member James Ramos as chair of the joint committee on rules. Item two the selection of myself, Senator John Laird, as vice chair of the Joint Committee on Rules.
