Good morning. Thank you for joining us today for our two-year bill hearing. We have two bills on today's agenda. Both measures are on consent. As a reminder, consent items are considered non-controversial.

There will be no formal testimony unless a Member or the author requests that a bill be taken off consent. Seeing that we have a quorum, secretary, can you please call the roll?
