SB 132: Budget Act of 2016.

The Budget Act of 2016 made appropriations for the support of state government for the 201617 fiscal year.

This bill would amend the Budget Act of 2016 by amending and adding items of appropriation and making other changes.

This bill would become operative only if SB 496 of the 201718 Regular Session is enacted and becomes operative.

This bill would declare that it is to take effect immediately as a Budget Bill.
